Time Frame

We try to ship most orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.  Custom or personalized orders will take longer.  We ship items out Monday-Friday via USPS. 

Once your package is "accepted" by USPS, they assume responsibility for your items.  Typically items are delivered in 3-5 business days for ground advantage packages and 2-3 business days for Priority Mail from the day they are shipped.  We cannot guarantee actual shipping time because it is beyond our control.

Cost

Standard shipping starts at $5 for first class mail. For each additional item purchased, $1.50 will be added to the shipping cost. For example if you buy 3 items the shipping will be $8 ($5 + $1.50 + $1.50.)

Orders over $70 ship free (standard shipping) with code: 70FREESHIP entered at checkout.

Priority shipping starts at $12.50. For each additional item purchased, $3.00 will be added to the shipping cost.

International

We are happy to send items anywhere in the world that will receive them. As shipping costs vary widely, please contact us for the shipping costs to a specific location.

Pickup

We offer pickup of orders at select shows. During checkout online, under the “Additional Information” section, indicate where you would like to pick it up. The shipping charge is still assessed, but will be refunded when you pick up the products. We understand that life happens and something may keep you from visiting our booth as planned, in which case we will ship your items.
